PHONE COACHING
Phone Coaching: 90 minutes ($300), 60 minutes ($250), 30 minutes ($125).
PREPAYMENT prior to session by credit card. 
Secure Paypal processing (even if you don't have a Paypal account).

PRIVATE SESSIONS AT THE OFFICE

Sessions are usually 1 1/2 hours or 1 hour in length.
Intensive sessions are offered, lasting from 3 hours to 6 hours with a one hour break.
Intensives are designed for clients who live a distance away or local clients who want to work intensively
 
EMAIL COACHING
Fees are based upon the number of emails exchanged.
Basic Fee is $100 for 2 emails sent (1 MS Word page or less) by you and responded to by Dr. Erica.
Prepayment by credit card is expected prior to beginning the process of email exchanges.

INSURANCE

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Clients usually pay at the completion of each session.
Receipts are given for submission to your insurance carrier.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

FEES

IN PERSON COUNSELING SESSIONS

Initial Intake Session, 90 minutes @ $300
Future Sessions, 90 minutes @ $250, one hour @ $200.
Reduced Fees for Series of Ten Sessions, Paid in Advance.

PHONE COACHING SESSIONS

$300/Hour
$150/Half Hour

EMAIL COACHING SESSIONS

$100/Month for 2  Emails and 2 Responses

REDUCED FEES

Discounted rates are available for in-person counseling if you choose to pay for a series of 10 or more sessions.
Reduced fees are also sometimes offered to clients who have paid the initial fees in full, are committed to their own healing process, and have demonstrated real financial constraints.

PAYMENT

Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Scheduling is flexible, by appointment.
Weekdays: M - F, 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
Evenings: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Weekends: By Special Appointment
